Providence House Senior Living Community at Corey Park announces the Beechwood Program, serving individuals who have Alzheimer's disease and related memory disorders.
The warm, inviting and home-like atmosphere of the Beechwood Program, coupled with our skilled and nurturing staff, allows residents to feel safe, secure and happy. The Beechwood Program uses the Habilitation Therapy approach, as recommended by the Alzheimer's Association, as its theoretical foundation and practical framework for providing care. This includes a commitment to therapeutic care. Families will have peace of mind with this high-quality program and a staff they can trust.
Our interdisciplinary staff integrates the routines of daily living, such as meal preparation, laundry and housekeeping tasks, with custom-tailored recreational, exercise, entertainment and spiritual programs. Residents enjoy scheduled outings
in the Providence House van and top-notch entertainment programs with the entire Providence House resident community. Ongoing participation in these programs, at whatever level, improves our residents' sense of well being, comfort and happiness. We encourage families to regularly visit to better understand the nature of memory disorders and to receive support from our professional staff.
